Family run since the beginning
White Street began in 1948, when Meyer Steinberg opened the doors at our original location at 19 White Street. It was from this first location that White Street began expanding its operations and service area. In 1960 Bernard Gold began working in the family business and moved the main operations to the present location at 15 Broadway, Lawrence, MA.
In 1986 Ira Gold joined the operations and today operates White Street Paint as a 3rd generation family business owner. White Street Paint has 6 locations just North of Boston in Merrimack Valley, Essex County, and Southern New Hampshire.
