Zinnser's PaperTiger scoring tool is designed to help in the removal of stubborn wallpaper. The scoring wheels tears and lifts the paper surface which allows the stripper to penetrate and dissolve the wallpaper adhesive.
PaperTiger will work on all types of wallpaper including painted-over wallpaper.
